Kyre Chenven and Ivano Atzori revitalized a derelict farmstead in southern Sardinia, transforming it into Luxi Bia, a haven celebrating local culture and the environment. The property, originally a furriadroxu—an agrarian community common in the region—had been abandoned by its original family occupants. It took Chenven, a San Diego native and former set designer, and Atzori, a Milan-born graffiti artist, nearly five years to purchase the site due to Sardinia's intricate hereditary property traditions.
